The 34th Annual Pride Concert kicks off pride weekend with some of the flashiest music written for chorus and wind ensemble! First produced in 1979 by Band founder Jon Sims at Grace Cathedral, the Annual Pride Concert is one of the longest-running annual performances in San Francisco and represents one of the first forms of open artistic expression to come from Harvey Milk’s Castro and the LGBTQ community in San Francisco. Music by Lesbian/Gay Chorus of San Francisco, San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band and other Bay Area LGBTQ music groups promotes LGBTQ visibility. Buy tickets now to ensure you get a seat to see this concert.
