The Big Blow Concert

The San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band performs “The Big Blow” – a concert featuring band classics. Conducted by Artistic Director Jadine Louie, this 2011-12 Community Concert season Spring concert features a rich variety of music styles and colors that show off the versatile tonality of our woodwind, brass, and percussion. There will be two performances:

THE BIG BLOW is the Spring performance of the 2011-12 Community Concert Series of the San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band, named the Official Band of the City of San Francisco. The SFLGFB is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and is proud to be sponsored in part by Grants for the Arts of the San Francisco Hotel Tax Fund, the Jon Sims Endowment Fund for the Performing Arts ( and the SF LGBT Pride Parade and Committee.
